Notables: Carolina Hurricanes forward Elias Lindholm scored two power-play goals for the first time in his career…The Hurricanes scored twice on the man-advantage (2-for-3, 66.7%) for the seventh time this season… Justin Faulk earned his third multi-assist game of the season…Justin Williams scored his first goal since Dec. 15, erasing a 14-game goal drought… Brock McGinn and Victor Rask both notched their second assists in as many games (1/14-1/20)…Cam Ward recorded his 12th win in his 20th game of the 2017-18 campaign… Trevor van Riemsdyk led the team in blocked shots (4).

Notables: Carolina leads the all-time series against Las Vegas with a 1-0-0 (1) record, following a 3-2 shootout victory in Las Vegas – the two teams’ first-ever meeting back on Dec. 12, 2017. The Hurricanes’ win was the first loss for the Knights past regulation at home…Sunday’s matchup is the first meeting between the two teams at PNC Arena and will complete the two-game series between the two clubs this season.

Notables: Duke (17-2, 5-2) has scored 80+ points in 15 consecutive games, which is the third-longest streak in team history…Freshman Wendell Carter, Jr. has scored in double-figures in nine straight games. It was his third 20-point effort, finishing with 21 points on 9-of-10 shooting and eight rebounds…Freshman Marvin Bagley III extended his streak of double-digit scoring to 16 games with his 20 points. It is his ACC-leading 11th 20-point effort this season…It is the first time this season that Carter and Bagley each scored 20+ points in the same game…Freshman Gary Trent, Jr. has scored in double-figures in nine straight games with 17 points on 5-of-7 shooting from three-point range. He is 17-of-23 from three-point range (.739) over Duke’s last three games…Senior Grayson Allen scored 16 points, which included four three-pointers. His 238 career three-pointers lead all active ACC players and moved him to eighth on Duke’s career list, surpassing Quinn Cook (236)…Duke is now 64-15 when Allen scores in double figures.

Notables: UNC is 16-4 overall, 5-2 in the ACC and 9-1 at home this season…Carolina out-rebounded the Yellow Jackets, 46-25, including a 19-6 edge on the offensive boards…UNC Scoring Leader: Luke Maye 17/UNC Rebound Leader: Luke Maye 11/UNC Assist Leader: Kenny Williams 5…Luke Maye had his 11th double-double of the season with a team-high 17 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. This was the 10th time Maye has led UNC in scoring, 15th time in rebounds and eighth time in both categories. Carolina is 8-0 when Maye leads UNC in scoring and rebounds…Theo Pinson had 11 points, tied his career high with 10 rebounds, and added four assists and three steals. It was Pinson’s second career double-double (had 12 points and 10 rebounds vs. Florida State a year ago).

Notables: The N.C. State Wolfpack (13-6, 3-3) hosts a ranked opponent – #25 Miami (13-4, 2-3) – for the third time in four ACC home games on Sunday…The Wolfpack scored the final 11 points of the game, and held Wake Forest scoreless over the final 4:30 to beat the Demon Deacons, 72-63, on Thursday. Omer Yurtseven led the Pack with a game-high 22 points and a team-best eight rebounds…N.C. State is 3-1 this season against ranked teams. NC State has defeated No. 2 Arizona (90-84), No. 2 Duke (96-85) and No. 19 Clemson (78-77). This year’s team is the first in program history to secure two wins in the regular season over teams ranked second or better. A win on Sunday would make this year’s squad the first since the 2003-04 team to win four games over ranked opponents in the regular season….

State on Thursday… The UNC athletic department will hold a celebration before tip-off to honor Hatchell’s milestone 1000-game victory that occurred in Myrtle Beach, S.C. in late December.
