RALEIGH, N.C. – Just under three years ago, Max Rohskopf’s journey to become an MMA pro began and has been on a fast track since his days as an ACC wrestling champion at NC State.

Speed and reaction time seem to be the elements that have allowed Rohskopf to keep climbing into pro bouts with a reputation as an impressive up-and-comer in the sport.

That reputation has enabled him to take a big step upwards in his career on just 10 days notice.

Rohskopf will be climbing into the octagon to make his UFC debut at the Apex in Las Vegas on Saturday , part of the UFC FN: Blaydes vs Volkov card.

Having fought one amateur MMA bout in October 2017, a TKO win that carried him into his first pro fight the following February (2018), the undefeated grappler with jiu jitsu specialty in choke holds, has compiled a 5-0 record and will face an experienced opponent in Austin Hubbard (11-4).

A great opportunity to be appreciative of, but it’s just the next rung to climb according to the Killbuck, Ohio native.
