2016 NHL Draft: Carolina Hurricanes select forward Hudson Elynuik 74th overall

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Carolina Hurricanes selected forward Hudson Elynuik with their fifth selection, 74th overall, at the 2016 NHL Entry Draft held at First Niagara Center on Saturday.

The six-foot-five-inch, 201-pound center posted 19 goals and 25 assists in 56 games played for the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Hockey League (WHL) in 2015-2016.
