We’re looking for innovative leaders to increase content depth and development as part of the overall Triangle Sports Network.

Business ownership opportunities are now available for experienced sports writers and editors interested in “putting more skin in the game” and becoming a leader in shaping the sports media industry.

You buy the Network site (i.e. Carolina Basketball Network, Carolina Football Network, etc.), similar to buying and operating a franchise business, and get going from Day 1 on covering relevant teams and entities without having to build up the technical site infrastructure, or earn credibility to gain credentials to cover area teams and programs.

Your experience in sports coverage and writing while working for others over the years has shaped your vision of how ‘you’ would run the business and guide the Network site the way you see fit.

As a TSN Network owner/publisher, you will share in overall revenue-generation that TSN makes as well as any that you gain specifically and individually for your site.

You can hire and bring on writers and other staff as you see fit, and provide valuable writing experience opportunities to young journalists under ‘your’ guidance.

Invest in the future of the sports media industry and provide more opportunities for aspiring and up-and-coming sports journalists to be the newsmakers of the day.

Associate Editors/Writers/Photographers

We’re looking to fill various editor/writer/photographer positions in each of TSN’s sports coverage Networks as the site’s depth increases with your commitment to producing detailed content.

Emphasis is placed on finding committed and hard-working individuals who really double-check their work before submitting their work for readers to consume.

Along with getting credentialed to cover assigned games and events, this position does provide payment, albeit in nominal compensation and/or equivalent in expense reimbursement.

Longevity incentives and bonuses are available as well.

That goes for internship candidates too.

We’re looking to increase branding and placement of each of TSN’s Network sites with your commitment to working with local partner businesses to align with.

Emphasis is placed on finding committed and hard-working individuals who really understand the client relationship dynamic, and who follow-up and deliver accordingly.

Along with interacting amongst area marketing professionals to build up your professional network, this flex-time position does provide payment, albeit in commission compensation and/or equivalent in expense reimbursement.
